Which e-wallets and payment methods are supported?
Our machines accept the major Malaysian e-wallets — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and DuitNow QR — as well as Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Exact options can vary by model, so please ask our team about the machine you're interested in.
How long does it take to install a machine?
Lead time depends on the model, any customisation and your site's readiness. Our team will give you a confirmed timeline during consultation.
Can I monitor my machine remotely?
Yes. NUBOX lets you check sales, stock levels and machine status in real time, and NU Analytics 2.0 adds AI-driven insights and reports.
Can the machine be branded with my company's design?
Yes. We offer custom wraps, screen content and product layouts to match your brand.
Payments & Payouts
How do I receive my sales revenue, and are there fees?
Cashless sales are settled to your registered bank account. Settlement schedules and transaction fees depend on the payment provider and your plan — our team will explain the details before you sign up.
What ownership options are available?
You can rent a machine on a monthly subscription (from RM465) or purchase outright (from RM15,000). Final pricing depends on the model and configuration.

How do I request a refill or a technical repair?

What warranty is provided?
Every machine comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Coverage and duration depend on the model and ownership plan — please ask our team for the exact terms.
Do you provide service outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We have branches in Melaka, Johor, Penang, Perak, Kedah, Pahang, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak.
